Money withdrawal without broker

Dear support,

I would like to ask if there is any possibility how to withdraw money from cTrader Platform without broker. I believe that my broker scammed me as he stopped answering the phone or email and I have no option how to get to my money. The broker company is Swissco. 

I will be very thankful for any suggestion about what I can do, it is a large sum of money for me.

If there is no option how to withdraw the money by myself, is there a possibility to freeze the account so the broker won´t get away with my money? Until I resolve the issue somehow.
