Hi,
The platform has been down for more than an hour just a while back. Due to this error on your side, a stoploss was filled during the outage time, which is unfortunate and at a loss of 169.62 pips. I want you to take action against this and reimburse at least the loss of this trade. Here are the details of the trade:
DealID: DID25972905
Opening time: 04/12/2023 16:26:05.209 (UTC+1)
Closing time: 04/12/2023 17:50:00.819 (UTC+1)
Please take immediate and appropriate action to reverse this loss at your earliest convenience. Thank you

Hi,
this is not a broker issue. I couldn't even login at ctrader, making it a problem at your end, not my broker.

Hi,
you don't seem to understand the problem!! I was unable to login to close the trade. Please let your manager help you out with this. I was having a technical issue on ctrader side. I couldn't login, and the login is handled by ctrader, not a broker.
