maybe infotip or tooltip is more clear ? sorry for the translation. it is an text that appear when you put mouse on it.

most of the time i have to move my moose two time before be able to click because the text is on the button

You are right. 

I want to close 3rd order but i have to moove mouse a lot of time in order to be able to close position. Is it possible to unable this information about the “X” “clôturer la position” (close position) ?

I understand now. It's not possible to disable it but it disappears instanly for me. Maybe a faster computer would benefit your usability and experience
