Unable to Update cTraderID Credentials

Greetings,
I hope everybody is doing good here.
Today I tried to update my cTraderID credentials. However, I cannot. This is because cTrader isn't sending the confirmation notification to my email address. I tried this from the web, mobile, and through the broker. I only get a pop-up that says an email notification sent for verification, but nothing arrives in my mailbox, unfortunately.
Can someone please point me in the right direction about what to do next in the above case?
