The charts I open are not staying the same

Dear cTrader Web. I noticed that every day when I reopen cTrader Web the charts I had change and they each display the error "Market is not applicable to this account", even though each chart was displaying properly before closing browser.

I brought this issue up three times in the past and the response from cTrader was to ban me for almost 2 years without actually solving the problem.

Hi ovidiucbd,

This behavior usually occurs when you are using the same workspace between different brokers that do not have the same symbols. Consider using a different workspace for each of the brokers.

Thank you for your answer. However, I am using different workspaces for each broker and it still happens several times per day.
