Since last upgrade unexpected reloads

Since last upgrade unexpected reloads

Not sure if it has something to do with the upgrade [4.1.21] or perhaps some local infrastructure problem but lately the web page has done a few unexpected reloads. Goes without saying this happens always at a wrong time and is experienced as highly counterproductive. Please advise.
