Hi ctid554584,

Can you please try a hard refresh of cTrader Web i.e. press Ctrl+F5 to refresh the page.

A first I see the Login-Form, after that it is only grey and two loading circles are moving in the middle (laoding animation). Nothing else...

Hello,

Has this issue been resolved? I have the exact same issue since last week, on my home laptop cTrader Web is working fine, but on my work PC it is stuck on loading on 3 different browsers. Before the issue appeared, I have been using cTrader Web on my working PC for several months without problems.

Thank you.

I checked the console, some errors are: bundle-vendor-connection.a4acd8191a1f41173eb7.js:1 WebSocket connection to 'wss://h55.p.ctrader.com:5034/' failed:

or:

WebSocket connection to '<URL>' failed: WebSocket is closed before the connection is established.

Maybe FireWall?

Hi ctid554584,

We managed to connect to atirager and the issue was with his network connection, which was affecting other sites as well. As far as I understand from the messages, it seems to be a similar issue. The application cannot connect to your server. You should check your network configuration.

Best Regards,

Hi ctid554584,

You could start from checking the firewall.

I have the same issue when at work. At home it works fine but not at work (same laptop) Must be work Firewall but is there any ports that need to be opened that I can request to the IT guys?

It actually worked fine up until a few weeks ago.
