Funds with wrong broker

can't log into broker 31-fx who have my money .when I look  at my Ctrader accounts my money is Aussie markets no nothing of this transfer

when I rang Aussie markets they say I don't have a account ? can you help me with this?

You need to talk to your broker regarding deposits and withdrawals.
