Smoother scaling(zooming in/out)

Zooming in and out of charts (on a single time frame) is currently only transforming the x-axis in multiples of 2 ie. the chart only stretches 2x, 4x, 8x and 16x horizontally only. Is there any way to have the chart stretch more freely or with intermediaries to make zooming in much smoother?

More similar to zooming in and out of charts on the CTRader Mobile platform.
