Objects Missing (Lines, text) Randomly

Hey team Ctrader, this morning when I loaded my Ctrader Web, I lost all my objects ( lines and texts) of many weeks. 
First thing I saw was the pop-up / account information, no login required and the charts then loaded.
This is not the first time the objects went missing as this happened to me. Unfortunately I won't be able to reproduce it as it happens randomly.
From time to time, I do save current Workspace, and its not even loading the last version. The version loaded were many months old. 
What should I do to ensure all the lines and annotation are saved, and my charts wont get reset in the future?
