Weekly Pivot Points

I haven't seen any posts regarding this.

Weekly pivot points are out of sync with my charts, I have attached picture below.

In short weekly pivots only work with BTC/USD but all other assets are unusable.

I use cTrader web app and unsure how to correct this. From the images below you can see the pivots overlapping eachother which should not happen.

I  would greatly appreciate if I could get this sorted asap. Below I have attached 4H EURGBP and 4H BTC/USD for clarification.
