cTrader Web is stuck in loading screen

there are times that it works perfectly. but there are times that it is stuck on this loading screen and takes forever. i just wanna ask if others have experienced this too? is there a solution to this? thank you.

Hi abcdavid13,

Can you try a hard refresh (Ctrl+F5)  and let me know if it improves the situation?

I've the same problem, and some times when I change the time frame or symbol it takes forever. I had this problem also with the previous version, but with the new one it's a lot more common.

Same story. it just does the spinning red and green circle for loading. and i opened other websites and they work just fine. so i don't really know what's wrong.
