HELP! All the new workspaces I created after the latest cTrader web update are gone, including backups (part 2)

( I didn't see any way to respond to the reply I got, so I'm making a new thread to follow up on it)
Are you saying that the particular workspaces I reported as missing are there in your database? (A1, A1 r, A2, A2 r, A3 and A3 r)
If so, why is a Team Viewer session necessary? If the workspaces are there, why can't I just get access to them again? For instance by generating a temporary cTrader ID that I can log onto to watch the workspaces or something along those lines. I don't need to use the workspaces, but I need the resistance/support information saved (as horizontal lines) on them, so just having temporary access so I can screenshot the lines would be enough.
I'm working on some bots now that draw resistance/support lines from locally saved text files instead of relying on saved workspaces that disappear or get corrupted over and over and over and over.

Hi wefald,
The reason we need TeamViewer access is because we don't know why you cannot see the workspaces therefore we need to inspect your system.
