New chart does not load, shows a range of 2000 pips with no data on chart

New chart does not load, shows a range of 2000 pips with no data on chart

I cant even try and zoom, its been like this since the update yesterday

Hi stephanesaurus,

Can you please send us troubleshooting information the next time this happens? To do so, press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+T when in cTrader, paste the link to this discussion in the text box of the form that will appear and press submit.

Thank you, I have sorted it out, It seemed to be an error on the chart template, I deleted the template and selected default template instead. Restarted Ctrader, it was showing the chart data again and then I created a new saved chart template and it seems to be working fine now.
