Bring back Floating period separators

In the previous version of the application period separators were floating and were supposed to take the place of the first bar of a period according to the selected time zone. In the current version separators always stick to the first bar of a period in UTC time zone regardless of the selected one, while time is shown correctly in charts. 

Please bring back floating period separators to have the midnight can be changed according to chosen time zone
