Placement of period separators in the latest cTrader web version

Placement of period separators in the latest cTrader web version

I was wondering about the reason for placing the period separators on the h1 charts at midnight UTC time. Wouldn't it make much more sense placing them at 21:00 UTC time so as to correspond to the last hour of trade of each trading day?
