Hello,

I`m confused as to how to read the bitcoin pips in cTrader,

do you know how many pips equal $1 USD on the Y scale?

the other thing is it seems to limit me to 10 lots, which is only 0.13 cents per pip, and no commission is being given, I`m using ic markets version of Ctrader.

Hi EagleMoxy,

You can find the pip decimal place in the Symbol Info window.

RE:

ah ok brilliant, that makes sense now. At 1 lot, each pip is 1 cent.

Pip values USD.

1 lot = 0.01 cent USD

10 LOTS = .10 CENTS

100 LOTS = $1.00 USD.

1000 LOTS = $10.00 USD

Mini lot .1 = $0.001 cents (1/1,000th of a cent)

Micro lot 0.01 = 0.0001 cents (1/10,000th of a cent)

thats IC MARKETS via cTrader.

On Pepperstone they offer 1 LOT at 10 CENTS.

So its not one size fits all...
