F3 key not cycling correctly

F3 key not cycling correctly

when I use the F3 key to siphon through layouts, it inevitably pops up the chrome "finder" tab as it cycles through and gets stuck there. Using web trader.

I could not reproduce this on Chrome, works fine for me. Could you record a short video demonstrating this behavior?

you can raise the resolution on the video to 1080p at youtube.
