History for Copy strategies

Hello,

I'm trying to collect FY2020 info from my accounts and I've succeeded in doing so for the accounts in the Trade area of cTrader Web by going to the history tab, selecting a certain period and then clicking on the statement button, thus obtaining a nice document that shows info in different sections: History, Positions, Orders, Transactions and a Summary.

I'm trying to do the same for my other account in the copy trading area, but apparently I can only choose among a few fixed terms (can't customize the time period as above) and most of all there is no button to extract a statement with the info needed. Am I doing something wrong? How can I get the same document for the copy trading account?.

I did read some previous threads where it is stated that this is not possible for investors and they need to request those info from their brokers, but as you can read below from the highlighted text icMarkets states that it is not their responsibility:

So how to get the statement?

Do you mean the provider of the strategy is able to and should produce the document for me?
