Hi there,
today I was on GBPUSD long position. I set up to move the stop loss at break even when reached 26 pips. Price reached more that 35 pips and the stop loss was not triggered and now I am loosing my investment. This is not the first time that it happens. Moreover my chart was opened and running so I really don't know why it happened. I was at work in the meantime so that I have not closed the position manually, but if you have this tools they should work.
Really bad experience.

so at the same time web app and phone app not worked in 2 different places and on 2 different connections? Ok, good. You say no reports but I read tons of sites where everyone complains about this, about take profit not closed and about stop losses closed too early. Not to mention copy trading, which is another questionable matter.
Anyway thanks for the answer, it was just what expected.

Advanced protection is not available on the phone application therefore I do not understand why do you mention it. Take profit and stop loss are placed on the server and we do not have any reports that they are not triggered. The only complains we receive is by traders that do not understand that buy orders are triggered by ask prices and sell orders by bid prices, who thing that as soon as the candle touches their TP/SL it should trigger. Also I do not understand how cTrader Copy is related to this issue.
If you have any evidence of malfunction, please fill free to post it and we will have a look.
