Ctrader web not displaying charts of instrument

Hi,

 

As i said in the title, my charts on the ctrader web are not showing any charts, it just shows the loading circle on a white background. I just downloaded the desktop one, and its shows the same thing. The charts are not loading and then after a while, it shows error, contact support.

I don't what to do.

Please help

Hi p.peroomal05,

Please do the following,

  1. Make sure that you have an internet connection and that cTrader is connected to the server
  2. Share some screenshots of the charts in this thread.
  3. Send us some troubleshooting information (Ctrl+Alt+Shift+T). Please paste a link to this discussion in the text box and press Submit.

Hi Panagiotis,

 

Thanks for responding. It resolved by itself after i reloaded the ctrader web several times. Its ok now. I don't know what happened and i somewhat freaked out because its a live account. I have a demo account and it was ok.  I don't have screenshots and hopefully it won't happen again.
