I don't know about you guys, but since the recent update of cTrader Web the experience has been horrific for loading charts and switching timeframes.. the chart loading can sometimes take ages. My internet connection is fine, server connection is fine, system is operating as it should and all other web pages load really fast.

Can we arrange a TeamViewer session so that somebody from our team can inspect this issue on your computer?

I don't allow TeamViewer on my Mac but I can send the support staff a video of the behaviour in question.

On a sidenote... now I am getting the Bad Request screen when trying to open cTrader Web in Safari (broker IC Markets) whereas in Google Chrome it opens no problem.

This issue was resolved by clearing Safari's Cookies. Don't know what went wrong there.

ctrader web update
Is there a way I can use previous web app? the time it takes to refresh my charts, open a position, close, change, etc. is killing me.
You should not ask for a web collab before you test it yourself. And I am quite disappointed that you blocked my friendly question in Telegram

Hi GlenHendriks,
Can you try cleaning your browser cookies?
