No sound on cTrader Wed?

Hi everyone, my notifications are ON and the sound is ON - yet there's no sound when price alerts are triggered, or for anything really, SL, TP, etc.

Obvs the volume's up and the browser tab is not muted.

Any idea how to fix this?

 

Using Chrome on Mac, latest Os.

Hi thanks for the reply - yes sounds were on (you can see the icon before "EN" in my screenshot).

Sounds started working yesterday, I have no idea what it was, I tried to fix it for weeks before posting here

Hi again, the sound has disappeared again for the entire week. It worked a few days in fact. I tried multiple browsers (Chrome, Opera), disabled ad blockers, checked system settings etc., nothing seems to work. This is the only sounds that doesn't play, everything else plays just fine. Any idea of what can fix it?
