cTrader web and FIX API not working

For Fondex we're getting errors for cTrader web and for the FIX API we get 'Cannot logon: after sending the initial Logon message the telecommunication link error is detected (closed by the counterparty).'. Any ideas how we can mitigate and who will cover potential losses?
