ctrader web closing out opposite trades (1 long, 1 short) in a hedging account.

i`m using a hedging account at my brokers white label Ctrader (icmarkets) and i`m opening a long position and short position in currency USDJPY, they both had their own stop losses,

icmarkets gave me a hedging account, but the long position seems to have stopped out (closed) the short position. Why? Is there a bug in ctrader web?

any advice is helpful thank you, my belief is these two trades were supposed to operate independently, not close eachother out.

Hi Jitterbug,

You should check this issue with your broker.

Hi Jitterbug,

We do not have access to broker's execution information via this channel so we cannot check. If there is a technical issue they will let us know.
