why is the candle not showing on H1, H4 but other time is showing

I am using google chrome ..

the H1 and H4 is not showing the chart but other is showing.. why ?

Hi jarvischo,

Thanks for posting in our fourm. Can you try a hard refresh (Ctrl+F5)  and let me know if it resolves the issue? This is usually related with cookies and should be fixed if you clean them.

MAC

I am using MAC, Chrome and Safari.. Now the Safari and CHrome  browser is showing the same issues..

how do I hard refresh using MAC.. there is no F5?
