Hello,

 

I hope this is the right place for this question. Yesterday i got verified on a broker that works with ctrader. I also deposited some money and received confirmation of deposit etc. One of the mails also mentions my account iw now linked and that i will receive a mail with the subject: "Welcome to cTrader ID" I never received this email. It's also not in my spam. So now i cannot log into ctrader as i only have my account id but no password.

Can this mail be resend or can someone from ctrader help me out?

Hi clusterr023,

Thanks for posting in our forum. Please confirm with your broker that the accoiunt has been linked to the correct email address. If yes, try to reset your password and sign in to your cTrader ID here.
