Hello,

I cannot login anymore on both plaforms (web and desktop versions). I changed the PW but the problem remains. But I can log in to this page. Do you have an idea about the reason of this?

Hello,

First thank you for your quick reaction.

I don't get any message, the patform keeps just asking for login and PW (fields are emptied afer clicking on "Log in").

Hi Pierre,

In the desktop application, you should be getting a Windows form as well. Did you try signing in using the Windows form? As for the web sign in, try a hard refresh (Ctrl+F5) of the page and let me know if it resolves the problem.

The previous message is for the web version.

On the desktop version I get the message "Connection error, please check your internet connection or try again".

Desktop version works now, web version not yet. Using Spotware Beta cTrader does not work either.

Using another browser  (MS Explorer) does not solve the problem.

Доброго времени суток нет возможности работать на пк, работаю на планшете, проблема следующая не могу войти на онлайн платформу, а на с качиваемой не возможно работать, одним словом жалкая породия на cTrader. сделайте пожалуйста что нибудь с этой проблемой!
