request to close position not sent because the volume of order was abnormal

Today I got a message I don't understand. I can't close my trade and got this message:

"Your request to close €1k of EURUSD was not sent because the volume of order was abnormal."

The volume of my trade is €1000, so I don't get it.

What does this message mean? And how do I close my trade?

I got similar bug.


"Failed to close position with error "POSITION NOT OPEN"..

But position is still open.


This recent Ctrader is causing some scary problems. I'm stuck in trade. Lukcily it's positive now, but I can't exit trade. This is very dangerous.

I've restarted ctrader, and the trade had disappeared. There was also no trade in my history. This is a very weird glitch. Fortunately, I've only 'missed out on' €1 income.

Still, I'm curious about this. I find that my bot has some stability issues since a few ctrader updates ago. I'm considering my options.
