Unable to open cTrader on Safari in macOS Sierra beta
26 Jul 2016, 18:08

Hi,

I installed the macOS Sierra public beta a few days ago.

I am now unable to open cTrader in Safari (Version 10.0 (12602.1.40.4)).
I am able to open & run cTrader in Google Chrome (v51.0.2704.103) though.

The following error message is shown in the browser html.

"Did not manage to fetch any configuration for this app. Please contact support."

Browser console shows the following errors:

[Error] Refused to connect to wss://x3.p.ctrader.com because it appears in neither the connect-src directive nor the default-src directive of the Content Security Policy.
[Error] SecurityError: DOM Exception 18: The operation is insecure.

    onSuccess (c.js:8:28368)
    j (jquery-2.1.4.min.js:2:26931)
    fireWith (jquery-2.1.4.min.js:2:27740)
    x (jquery-2.1.4.min.js:4:11265)
    (anonymous function) (jquery-2.1.4.min.js:4:14767)

Seems like Safari content security policy has been changed in the new version. Hope the information above helps you fix the issue.

Thanks
