Dear Spotware,
it is very inconvenient for not being able to "de-link" our broker account from cTRADER-ID. can Spotware provide a proper dashboard for users where they can
(1) See the account #, Broker Name; connected to a particular cTRADER ID
(2) a check-box to De-Link the account from the cTRADER ID.
It is very frustrating for not being able to control this feature. I have two cTRADER ID and don't know which account is connected to which. It is very important that end-user can see the complete picture of his/her account details and its connection.
Hope, that SPOTWARE realizes this that how frustrating it becomes of not knowing the complete details.

Dear Trader,
Please have a look at the "Unlink Trading account from cTID" section of our User support site.
You can check, which trading accounts are connected to your cTID by logging in to cMirror. You can also unlink all trading accounts including the live accounts in cMirror by right clicking on the account and select the "Unlink" field.
