Why is there no March 2016 data bar on the monthly chart?

My broker is Trader's Way.
For EURUSD, bringing up the Monthly chart the last 5 bars are dated:
11/30/2015
12/31/2015
01/31/2016
02/29/2016
04/30/2016
March is skipped entirely. This is only occurring on the Monthly chart. Incidently, the Symbol doesn't make any difference. March 2016 is omitted irregardless of what currency pair I switch to.
How can this be corrected?
