Cannot use Workspaces. "An error occurred during logging to cTID. Please retry to try again."

Cannot use Workspaces. "An error occurred during logging to cTID. Please retry to try again."

When I try to create a new workspace, I got an error message.

"An error occurred during logging to cTID. Please retry to try again."

Please help.

Dear Traders,

We tried to reproduce your issue without success.

Could you please provide us with more information regarding the issue and with the reproducing steps?

In addition, could you please check your internet connection?

// What I did are;

1. Created about 14 workspaces. The names of workspaces are like 'AUDJPY', 'AUDUSD', ....''.
2. Each workspace had 6 charts. Monthly chart, Weekly chart, Daily chart, 4 hour chart, 1 hour chart, 15 min chart.
3. No indicators except Autopivot were added. Autopivot were added only on some 1 hour charts and 15 min charts.
4. The objects I added are Horizontal Lines, Trendlines, Andrew Pitchforks, Boxes, Circles.
5. This set up of 14 workspaces worked fine for several days.
6. A weird thing happened suddenly when changing the workspace. 
   Workspace would not change for some reason.
   Still there I can see all the names of workspaces in the pulldown menu of 'Workspace'.
7. I found 'EURUSD' chart detached and running while I am viewing 'AUDJPY' workspace charts.
   This should not happen because I created so each workspace is for each currency pair.
8. I manually closed the detached every 'EURUSD' chart on all the workspaces.
9. The problem seemed fixed, and selecting Workspace became possible.
10. Then suddenly ANOTHER problem happened. I could not change the workspace.
11. I tried to change the Workspace, but I only get the error "An error occurred during logging to cTID.".


// My Intenet connection when these problems happened were;

Packet Loss: less than 1 %
Download Speed: More than 30Mbps
Upload Speed: More than 3Mbps

Please help!!!

same problem with mine

cant log.in to ctrader id in my desktop flatform,many times i reinstall but still the same,, my internet connection is good
