save template does not save all settings

Hi, when i save a template, with for example, Viewing Options > Period Separators unticked, and then apply the saved template, the Period Seperator is still displaying. This is on the cTrader client. Is this default behavior?

RE:

on the desktop version anything you setup stays that way, but if you open a new chart then you will get the period separators and volume as default.

It seems to be working now. I had an issue when saving a template; it would save everything like indicators etc but would refuse to save anything i set within 'viewing options'. Not sure why it was doing that.

RE:

I've found that deleting ctrader, then reinstalling it fixes the problem.  You always get quirks in software thats updated on a regular basis
