Hi, everyone.

I want to inform the community and ask an advice to solve the problem what I have. Since 1,5 weeks ago cTrader for Web hides actual data from the charts - all what I can see after switching to cTrader browser tab after some time passed - only my tools and price line, without orders info, anf even without chart or candles. Chart's Information can be displayed again after view modes switching.

Anybody has the same problem?

Dear Trader,

The behavior of cTrader indicates that you have connection issues. Could you please check your internet connection with your ISP and please tell us if you experience connection issues?
