Switching between time frames
22 Mar 2016, 11:36

Hi, is there a way to switch time frame without the platform going back to the last candle? Cant find a switch like in MT4, and it really makes it difficult to do historical data analysis if each time you switch to a higher/lower timeframe, you then have to scroll back all the way. I must assume theres a command that I am somewhat missing, anyone kind enough to give a heads up?

Dear Trader,

Currently we don't provide users with the ability to change timeframe and remain at the same time interval of the previous timeframe. We will consider providing it in the future. Stay tuned.

Additionally, you can post your ideas/suggestions to http://vote.spotware.com/

Well, this is rather bizarre, of course it makes backtesting and chart analysis virtually impossible if you need to go back to historical datas. I have used web based platforms that are way less developed than yours, but offer this rather basic feature. Please do consider updating this asap, I can't get my head around why this issue is not a major topic in the forums..

changing time frame

Hi,

Are you still looking to introduce this feature?

I find it hard to imagine how this not a staple of any trading platform.

Thanks

Darren

Any update? I cannot imagine this feature would be so hard to implement...

Hello,

I'd like to know, it you are going to fix this issue in the near feature. If not, I have to change trading platform.

Hi,
Any updates on this? We need this feature severely, especially for backtesting. Hopefully, this will be resolved in the next update.
Thank you!
