Live sentiment missing

Live sentiment missing

Tested 3 rigs with windows XP, neither shows live sentiment (regular app, 1.34.64939).

Also can't see it in browser version, that's on all pcs.

Additionally when you pull symbols from the side panel sentiment won't display in the separate window (when it does show on side panel and chart itself).

 

Anyone can share experience?

It worked perfectly 2 weeks ago...

Dear Traders,

We kindly ask you to check if the Market Sentiment is enabled on the Viewing Options menu. 

We kindly ask you to contact your Broker, if the Market Sentiment is not available in the Viewing Options menu.

Yes it's on, note that market sentiment is absent from sidepanel as well.
Is it all right on your winxp machine?

Now, before I contact my broker, could you confirm live sentiment is implemented into web platform, there's no option for it in viewing menu

When you detach symbol from sidepanel can you see sentiment?
