myfxbook stopped updating

Hi, 

All of my ctrader accounts (5) have stopped updating on myfxbook for over 24 hours. Normally it would update once every hour. I have contacted myfxbook support and was advised that it is because ctrader has not made any update. Could you please look into this?

I have the same problem. myfxbook has not updated for 24 hours. Delays of 3-4 hours are very common, they happen every day.

@Spotware please assist as soon as possible, this is a rather big issue, if the account is re-created it will sync correctly once however never update (refresh trade hist)
Please do not blame myfxbook, this is not a problem within other platforms.
