There is something wrong with my cTrader account.
It will no longer login in automatically for my demo account. Each time I try and select the demo account - it forces me to type in the account number and password. The live account works ok.
I contacted my broker and they said that the cTrader ID is only managed by Spotware. When I log into my cTrader ID on my android phone – I can not swap between my live account and my demo account - it just completely freezes the program.
I can't remove the demo account - because it says "Account is following and cannot be unlinked" which really doesn't make much sense because I haven't really used it for anything.
I have tried everything, reinstalled it, etc. I need to get the demo account unlinked from my cTrader ID so I can add it again to see if that helps.

Well I managed to get the demo out of my cTrader account.
However there is still something wrong.
Even though the password has been reset with the broker and I can login via directly via the account number - it says password auth incorrect when trying to attach to my cTrader ID.
