STOP BUY ORDER...Slippage

Order shift

Using the Demo,,,,  Placed a STOP BUY order at specific level on Gold.

The order was filled $1 higher and the Order line was shifted to the fill level.
With the spread 14c to 15c  HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN??

And could it happen in a live account??
