cTrader Error preventing robots from running

Dear Support

I've been facing a lot of issues lately with cTrader which prevent my robots from running uninterrupted on a 24/5 basis.

@Spotware support can you please check and support.

Dear Spotware support

The issue is coming up everyday.

Can you please check and support.

 

Don't make us go back to mt4!

It is not possible to run a calgo in live due to platform instability.

It is the same on both Win 2012 and Win 10.
