Can't disable sound

Can't disable sound

Hi,

First of all, my trading account signs off and on for no reason every 30 minutes, and when it does, I get the notification sound, which tend to be pretty annoying after a while.

I've tried disabling the sound in the preferences but it stays disabled for only 30 minutes 1 hour, then it switches back on.

Is there a way to fix this?

Dear Trader,

The reason you are getting disconnected is because your connection fails. Could you please check your internet connection with your ISP?
