How to Delete Workspaces ?

My cTRADER platform has crashed and despite uninstalling and deleting all the settings and files in cache everything and re-installing it won't start.  external Charts will open but the main exe is not working. full blackout.

I think it is due to the "Workspace" i have.  is there any way to delete a particular workspace from the website / internet.

Could you please press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+T while having  cTrader open and experiencing this issue?
