Why Ctrader’s timeframe keep skip at daily open bar?

Why 4 AM bar missing? they are 2.55 AM to 3.00 AM but what happen when it come to 4.00 AM bar? Why it skip from 3.55 AM t0 4.05 AM

My bot work on OnBar() method (which apply on daily bar), I assume that if I want to continue using this strategy. I'll have to accept this exception.

Why can't maintenance be done on the weekends when markets are closed?

How many times is maintenance performed during active market hours?

Can you give us the exact times so I can be watchful?
