Cannot access my workspace

Hi,
Since yesterday 15:00 GMT+1 time, I have not been able to access my workspaces. I am logged with the correct ctrader ID details. I have done Ctrl+Shift+Alt+T to send report.
Could you please advise?

This is getting frustrating to say the very least. What is the point of storing workspaces on the cloud when it is lost and cannot be retrieved? Please consider giving users the options to physically save workspaces on local drive. I had to spend a few hours rebuilding all of my workspaces.
