charts disasbled

I dont know how but all my nzd pairs got disabled, dont know how and dont know how to fix, can anyone help.

tradersway they r fine in my live account but in my demo they disabled.

Dear Trader,

Could you please also send us a screenshot showing that the charts are disabled?

We also recommend you to clear your cache. To do this follow the instructions below:

  • Close cAlgo/cTrader application.
  • Open the folder: \AppData\Roaming:
    • Press win key + r
    • Type %appdata%
  • Locate the application cache folder:
    • Open the cTrader folder of your Broker.
    • Open the folder "Cache".
    • Delete ALL the files in the Cache folder.
  • Restart the application.

nzdusd is fine but I also dont have any of the other nzd pairs

also I mentioned tradersway that live account is fine. its spotware ctrader platform I dl from site that is having the issues.
