I can`t close my positions at the events release.

I can`t close my positions at the events release.

Last friday,at the Non-Farm release

I can`t close my positions.

A couple of seconds later, I was able to close my positions.

this is the same requote of MT4.

Who`s responsible for this issue?

broker or ctrader?
