Ctrader for android issue

Hi i have problem with ctrader for android since since last big update app stops working after 10 seconds since start

it starts fine i can work on it for about 10 -15 seconds then freezes

its not my phone or android version issue because i checked that on several samsung note 3 phones after  reset to factory settings

and it is same on all of them

 

 plese advice

Contact your broker.

The issue have nothing to do with Spotware.

maybe your broker is fxpro.

I did test spotware ctrader,icmarkets ctrader, pepperstone ctrader.

the issure for android app is fxpro only.

spotware ctrader and other brokers are no problem.
