Hi I'm still newbie about Forex and have some question about ctrader platform.

First , I download ctrader demo from this site and create demo accout from it's program. It work magnificent ping is very good no any slippage. paradise for me make 100% profit from 3 days

Then I have to choose broker and Roboforex look fine for me so I create demo account and try ctrader with new download(roboforex version. don't know why I can't use ID from roboforex login to original ctrader) but now ping is so bad... graph sometime delay 2-3 sec

Is it any possible I will have good ping like original ctrader server?

Dear Trader,

Different Brokers have different set of proxies in the proxy cloud. If your Broker does not provide you a proxy near your location then you could have connectivity problems. (such as big latency, disconnection, etc.). Please contact your Broker regarding this question.
