Ctrader boasts that there is no price manipulation/dealing desk etc. 

 

so why do they let brokers add markups/change commission.

 

can someone explain this to me in simple terms? Because this seems very suspicious to me.

cTrader/cAlgo is the software, your streams and interactions are to do with your broker.
